About Veteran Crew Concepts

Veteran Crew Concepts provides task-organized crews, led by military veterans, to serve the community by satisfying the prime contractor’s support requirements in and around public infrustructure construction sites.

Our Story

Veteran Crew Concepts was formed by former fraternity brothers, Col. Vincent Ciuccoli (USMC Ret.) and Giancarlo Lanzano. After three decades in their own fields — Ciuccoli in military operations and logistics and Lanzano in the construction industry — they came together to create Veteran Crew Concepts.

Together they lead a team-of-teams that is networked across the country with military veteran leaders forming the backbone of the company.
